Thanks Maria.... so if the developer still has an enforcement order outstanding against him he will not be able to sell the property until the monies owed are returned as per the enforcement order, is this correct?

Correct:
Reason? Because, if a Court decission of a First Instance Court is appealed, this is not firm till it is confirmed by these higher instance.

In the case of generic BG, Is a successful outcome only guaranteed if you can prove the specific Banking detail of where your monies were transfered, and does this have to be the same Bank as the Bank that provided the generic BG?
