Looking for any info on new developments around granada or south towards motril ? Thanks all.

Don't know about the Sierra Nevada resort but you can find new developments south of granada in Lobres, Guajar Alto, Gualchos and Velez de Benaudalla all by the same developer. Don't think I would be allowed to post the developer's name but you can easily find it on Google.
