Are you a non-resident property owner in Spain? Did you know that you have a tax obligation in Spain even if you don't live here?Declarations to pay this anual tax are due before the end of the year. If you own a property here now and decide to sell it in the future this tax debt will come up when you decide to sell, so better to pay it now when it's due than pay later with interest .
