Thanks Redfava, will keep your clear and concise response on file if run into serious problems again (as I am a telefonica client as well). Your suggestion will probably also work for people who wish to view something on the Beep but are denied access because they are out of the UK. (I have readjusted settings in the manner you describe to do this.)
I continue to have one smaller problem with the WorldService--and wondering if others do to. This problem started when they changed the webpages--when I click to listen to the audio of the 5 mins news bulletin, it usually can't connect. I have to click 10-15 times before it actually connects and starts. Anyone else have similar problem?
