Any Vespa/scooter riders in Spain? help

We do own a house in Costa Blanca but only use it as a holiday home so we are non-residents. Any advice? 0 Like Spam post or abuse? Please let us know

The road tax in Malaga province is around % euros per year. Road tax bills are sent out usually April/May each year, at least in Andalucia.
