Hi All,

My community is in Alcaidesa and we are having problems with our administartors. These are the original company put in place by the developers, and who still own 30% of the properties, and there remain strong links between the two local teams. The standard of accounting and legal advice being provided by the Administration company is  very poor and the committee would like to look at alternative Administartion companies. Unfortunately, when we have made some enquiries with other communities we have been told that all the local Administration companies are as bad as each other!!!

Can anybody recommend an administration company in the Duquesa/Sabinillas/Sotogrande area that would provide a good service and advise our President on the process of transfering the contract.

Administrators have a tough job to do trying to keep everyone happy and none of them will ever be perfect.

When I left my president role last year the new president brought in a new administrator, someone he knows, but I felt out last two administrators were actually doing a pretty good job.  Our problem is more to do with the people in our community!

Anyways, I would recommend either of these:

Ramon Escuin (Based in Guardiaro)

Tel: 626 794 028

Email: refincas@yahoo.es

and

GAEMU (Based in Sabinillas)

Speak to Lola

Tel: 952 891 150

Email: gaemusl@teleline.es

I know them both personally very well and they do a decent job.

Hope that helps.

Justin
