Parador Problems (I mean Property's)

Hi everyone,
I am a freelance journalist studying for my MA and am looking into writing an article about buying property abroad and the way in which customers have been treated. I already have one case study of a family out of pocket by £10,000 due to recommendations from Parador, who will accept no 'moral or legal responsibility' for the situation, if you have bought a house with Parador or any other agent and would like your voice to be heard, please get in touch. I am looking for both positive and negative accounts so that I can build a picture of what buying property abroad is really like.
