Lecrin Valley

Thinking of re locating to Spain so we went to a property show at Olympia, London and met a company called Nettvally Properties Ltd they seemed quite friendly, although ultimately I think they only operate in the Lecrin Valley area, after reading some articles on this forum I have become rather worried and a little disillusioned about agents. 

Has anybody heard of this company, or have any relevant information that may assist us? or can anybody suggest a reputable  company around this region?

Charlie, an agent with Nett Valley, showed me round some properties in the Lecrin Valley about 18 months ago. She was very helpful, even though she was aware that I wasn't able to buy at that time. So my experience of Nett Valley was very positive, though of course I have not purchased through them.

If you buy today, you may as well take 25% of your capital, put it in a big pile and set fire to it! The market is going to be in BIG trouble.

Go out to Spain and rent. In 18 - 24 months time the situation may be more clear.
