looking for advice and suggestions about returning to england with my dog some way that is cheaper than flying

I brought 2 rescue dogs back to the UK from the Costa Del Sol 2 years ago. I did this in a car with 4 stop overs in dog frindly hotels. The main problem is getting your documentation for entry to the UK or you will be stopped at the ferry port. You must have up to date pet passports with evidence of Rabies jabs and proof of frontline and vetinary examination within 24 hours prior to arriving at the ferry.
This means going to a vet in Northen Spain, and make sure that put the time of day as well as the date or they wont let you in to the UK.
