It's that time again and my back has gone!  It seems to happen every 6 months or so.  Not doing anything strenuous usually.  Yesterday I was just wiping the kitchen surfaces and felt the sharp pain shoot up my back...ouch!

Now I'm a 45 degrees and could do with a good chiropractor to sort it out again.

Anyone know a good one that they can recommend?

Thanks

Justin

Thanks Maria.  I've decided to go down the self healing route.  I know what I have to do so it's just a matter of doing the exercises.

It's a bit better today so hopefully will be much better by the end of the week.

Thanks

Justin

Yes a really good one (I used him) based in Guadalmina, Marbella.

Tim Errington, to me he seemed to know his stuff, looks at your xrays and explains everything well. Fully qualified and insured.

Let me know if you want his details. Sorry to hear about your back. He sorted mine out and my neck (dont ask!!!!!!!!!!!)

I can strongly recommend my osteopath Joma. She works in Gibraltar, Estepona and San Roque:

www.atlanticosteopathy.com, joma@atlanticosteopathy.com, +34 693 801 462

I have insurance through work which pays for any treatments too :)
