Andalucia Lifestyle

Hi - We are Martin and Hazel and we used a management company called Andalucia Lifestyle to manage our townhouse in Duquesa in 2007/8. This was run by Karl and Nicky. When we changed management last year , they owed us over 2500 euro's of money clients had paid to stay in our house. They have said on numerous occasions that they were going to pay but never had saying they are in financial difficulty. Why they dipped into a client account I don't know but - thats Spain for you. They do still seem to be trading though as Andalucia Lifestyle and Holidays at Manilva Beach and something like marbella holiday rentals. Anyone know where they are trading from at the moment as our lawyer need an address to pursue them.

We have lost out to Andalucia Lifestyle too, we had send a deposit for a 3 bed apartment in La Duquesa Marina and only just found out today that they have probably gone to the wall. Desperately looking to find a replacement for 15/08/2009 to 05/09/2009 within the same development. Would ideally like to contact the owners of the original booking, but not even sure if they were aware that they had a booking from us. If anyone knows of a way of broadcasting a message to all owners at the La Duquesa Marina we'd be grateful.

It's nasty people that would 'dip into a clients account'-not just because it's Spain. We have 2 small children and rent to pay but would never in a million years take money from a customers funds. In fact,on one occasion we had money for a holiday rental sitting in our house which did not need to be paid to the owner for months, My husbands boss had gone away and we went to our estate agent and explained our rent would be a few days late rather than dip into money which did not belong to us! Please don't think everyone in Spain is like the people you have dealt with because they are not, we just tend to hear more about the bad ones than the good!
