The only way to contact someone at Orange.(es) is to dial 470 from an Orange cell phone. From here you must know Spanish (Castelliano) fluently to choose the correct menu options. Once you have succeeded (good luck!!) you must know Spanish fluently to explain that you need to speak in English.

Once you reach an English speaking person (not quite fluent), she or he will likely hang up on you or "lose connection."

Going to an Orange store will help you almost as much as having a fluent Spanish speaker navigate the automated menu.

There is no email help nor English spoken (written) at Orange.[es]

I had the same problem as the original enquiry (back in 2008) - however, quite by chance I managed to find the number for Orange (Spain) multilingual support in the help forum by searching for "ingles", called it and spoke (in English!) to an assistant ... the number is:

902 011 900

This is not a freephone number, but it works!
