Hello acer
It’s a difficult subject. When I said ‘’and does the public actually care?’’ I was referring more to Spanish nationals, who I believe are more aware of corruption in Spain than foreigners.
I have suggested that it is the government’s responsibility to provide enforceable consumer protection, but how do you protect the ‘’know all fool’’ who wants to blame everyone but himself when he buys a nonexistent property from a picture book, loses his bank guarantee, or ends up with an illegal build.
