Mortgage Floor clause

Hi all, ( sorry if I have posted in the wrong section)  I posted over a year ago about our Sabadell bank floor clause, as expected the bank refused to pay back the overpaid interest so we have now gone down the legal route.

Our lawyer filed in February 2018.

I just wondered if there have been any successes on this forum and if so how long did it take once you involve the courts.

Average time for Courts to issue a Court decission is of 16 months

Hi Maria, thank you so much for replying, does the average of 16 months apply from the time the lawyer applied to the court, I thought we were waiting for a date for the preliminary hearing. So far the wait has been 11+months

Are most cases settled at the preliminary hearing stage ?

We have our preliminary hearing later this month.  Any idea what to expect and what the timeframes are should it not be resolved, i.e. how long would it be to the next hearing?
