Bank Tax or charges

Hi,

I could do with some advice. My house is paid for, I live on my own and the only income I get is 366 euros this is for disability pension for a month. I have two bank accounts, each month money is taken out of my account, I don't know if this is for tax or bank charges. Is they anyway that I could claim it back..... Thanks in advance.

A few questions why might help with an answer

Is money being taken from both accounts or one?

Do you need 2 bank accounts? (We pay charges usually every quarter, ours I think is 15 euros a quarter, if you have 2 accounts you will be paying charges twice)

Is the money transferred from the UK? If so it may be that they are charging you for the money being exchanged?

So what does it say on your statement?

How much is it?

Assuming you are talking about Spanish bank accounts.

What would you do if this was happneien to any bank accounts you had / have in the UK?
