Planning to invest in Spain Hacienda del Alamo

i am looking to invest in the above mentioned property. Any review or advice will be highly appreciated.

Also would like to know if Bank repossessions are a risky deal ? Will be heading to see the property soon but needed  some review or if someone already has a property in the same resort.

A- Bank repossessions do not have to be a risky deal in general. Risky deals are those of illegal properties ( with no FOL) , not registered ones...
