Cost of New AirCon Vera Playa

We have had an apartment for 7 years on Pueblo Salinas and Air Con has not worked well now for last 2 years and now not at all. Thought we had a fix and did work for a while but now need to considered replacing as seem to be throwing money away.There appear to be a number of companies but looking for recomendations and idea of cost. It is currently ducted to lounge and one bedroom with unit on the roof.

Surely someone can fix it at reasonable cost. It would be a shame to have the ducting and cabling in place with no aircon.

Our flat had the ducting and cabling in place (2 beds, kitchen, lounge) but the first owner had decided to cut cost and not pay for the equipment installation.

It cost us 2000E to have, medium quality, quiet, Toshiba units put in. But for asthetic reasons in your case I would probably be prepared to pay as much as a cheap external system (400E?) to have the old system repaired and serviced.

I spoke to someone today who has recently returned from Spain,. He said to give M D air conditioning in Albox a call.as they are supposed to be good. They will quote for a new system, or will give you a genuine brekadown of any issues with your existing set up. If a Key Mare property, they are renowned for shoddy finishing!!
