New Member with a query!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself.

Have just placed a deposit on a key ready villa in R-1 and should be completing in November.

Looking at the plans for the development there is an area marked as EQ-1 and also as RQ-1 up near the commercial areas. The map legend says "red viaria" which translates to road network. Am not sure what this area is for? Will it be car parking for the commercials?

Any help in answering this is most welcome!

Also can anyone suggest good furniture outlets and white goods sellers locally? Are delivery times short when goods are in stock?

Hi Dave, welcome.

As others have asked where is R-1, give us a few clues as Spain's rather a big country.

Depending where you're buying there's lots of info about buying furniture on, yes, Furnishing your property threads, 452 of them so take a look. I know forum's massive but so much info if you wade through.

It's La Finca Golf near Algorfa, Murcia region.

I live in Algorfa just down the road from La Finca,unless they moved the boundary overnight it is a long way from the Murcia Region,it's in the Alicante province.
