Strong Wholemeal & White Flour

Is strong wholemeal and white flour available in Spain for use in bread making machines.
I have a flat near to St Javier so recomendations of any shops from La Zenia to Cartagena would be helpful.

Yes it is. It is called "Harina de fuerza" and the brand I use is HARIMSA and I buy it in Carrefour so there should be one near you.

You should also find it in Lidl and there is always Iceland in San Javier but I find it a bit expensive there .

We just go to our local bakery. they sell us the flour and even have the yeast. Buy some yeast and freeze into small individual quantities for use on your batches.
