Can anyone help again today 23/7/2013 I have just got one of my Bank Guarantees the solicitor told me she has had them since 2009 in a file in her office .Does anyone know how I can get my money back, now I have got them.

As kelju has advised contact either Costa Luz lawyers or GM Legal experts.
Both have experience in executing BG and i can not see why either would not be able to get you your money back if like you say you have the BG.
