jetXTRA - NEW LOW COST airline to Alicante - They promise no hidden charges!!

 
 
New low-cost airline jetXtra.com, from next month will be operating flights
 into Alicante from Humberside Airport. 
They are aspiring to be different from other low cost operators and are 
shaking up the travel industry by offering "transparent fares". They say their
 focus has been to offer completely honest upfront pricing with no hidden 
extras, passengers will be able to enjoy a free luggage allowance of 20kg and
 no debit/credit card charges either. All flights are ATOL protected to give passengers
 complete financial security and peace of mind. Flights will be available from as little
 as £19.99 one-way from Alicante to Humberside, making it easy for ex pats from the
 East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions to visit friends and family back home.

According to trip advisor, recently they suspended flights, awaiting bankruptcy!Have they now got a new owner?

 I don't know if he is a new owner or not we have just received confirmation from them that their first flight will be leaving on the 28th of May and that the service is going live next month..

I went on their website and despite a big "from £19.99" sign on the home page they quoted about £230 - £240 return irrespective of which dates I tried.. They may have no hidden charges but low cost they are not.

I think there is a typo on their website. £119.00 seems the cheapest deal, not £19.99

I am going to report them to the ASA. I have just looked further into their website which states "Flights from Humberside to Alicante and Palma de Mallorca will operate every Tuesday between the 28th May and 24th September 2013, early booking fares start from just £79.99 one-way including all taxes and charges".  £19.99 seems to be pie in the sky.
