Buyubg a car.

Im in the process of buying a car from a spanish girl friend of in the village.
She inherited the car from a friend who died, the caris being sold for 600€, a realy nice audi A4 in tp condition. Becasue of some problem with the inheritance to other family members the car has never changed name from the dead person. The car tax has nerver been paid. ITV up to date & insureance o.k.
What can happen in this case?

Nicky before you part with any money, ensure that the person who is going to sell it to you has legal title to do so.
At present they do not.
If you need a car, I suggest you buy one which does not have problems attached, or else you may be waiting a long time to get your wheels !!
