Does anyone know where I can find a craft shop that sells card making supplies in cartagena or surrounding areas?

Yes, one in Los Altos Torrevieja just after Punta Prima off the 332 heading towards Torrevieja. Take 3rd exit at the ronda at Punta Prima, and right at Eroski petrol station, straight on, and left at the end.Just up from Domino's Bar above the Ewania Bar.
