I have a friend who has just moved from an address, which he sold, to live in another municipality .
He wants to buy a car so will need a certificate of empadron (he will cancel the previous registration).
Problem. He is living rent free on a permanent basis in my son's apartment. Thus, he cannot produce a rental contact.
Has anyone been in that situation who has found a way to register ?
On Monday I will of course speak to the town hall, but any suggestions before that would be helpful.
