can you tell me why I had 1 enquiry on my property

yesterday but when I looked today it says there are

no enquiries.

I am puzzled.

The reason is that we review all enquiries manually and remove any that appear to be Spam/Scam.

There was an enquirer yesterday that submitted numerous enquiries who was obviously a Scammer and was subsequently removed.

In your enquiries list there is a column called "Status" which will say either Sent or Unsent next to each enquiry. If Unsent is shown then it means we haven't sent you an e-mail confirming that an enquiry has been received for the property because it is pending review. Once we review/accept the enquiry an e-mail is sent to you and this Status changed to Sent.

Maybe we should change the system to not show the enquiry until it has been reviewed/Sent since this does appear to cause confusion. :-s
