University student moving to Spain

Hey!
I'm a student and moving to Spain for the next semester. I would like to know which is the best bank in Madrid and one that is nearest to Rey Francisco, 4 Arguelles? If possible I would like to know the minimum charge etc they ask for.
I also need information about the cheapest mobile network and its rates. Which network has the best internet coverage in Madrid? Also, what are the BlackBerry service charges if I already have a BlackBerry cell phone?
