Looks like another rogue outfit claiming to be able to recover timeshare or holiday club money due to strong EU laws!
you are protected by some of the strictest consumer laws in the world
Usual modus operandi
- They initially contact you saying they can get back all your money
- says CSG is registered as a Limited Company in The British Virgin Islands (BVI), registration number: 1472836 with the company address: Suite 3340, Wickham’s Cay, Road Town, Tortola, BVI.
- says they have UK business address
Anyone contacted by this company please do not be tempted to hand over any money.

I'm always amazed how many of these types of companies pop up every so often. But what amazes me more is that people DO get taken in by their sales patter.
That website is dreadful. At the bottom left they have a news section with the standard text which they haven't even changed. They say they are a "consumer focused" company yet they have no "face".
Terrible really, especially preying on people who may be desperately trying to get out of their (expensive) timeshares. Frying pan and fire....
