Hi,

I wanted to take a Swiss army knife back to the UK for my dad. The penknife style of knife with lots of different gadgets, such as cork screws, nail clippers etc., Would it be legal to take this back in my suitcase?

Thanks, Jane

yes it should be as long as it is in the hold luggage. If it was in the cabin bag it would be taken off you.
