The above document has been requested from the town hall.

What does it mean about the property?

What does it mean for the town hall?

Do many lawyers ask for this document?

I think it's a request for planning permission.  As it would appear the property is already built, maybe they are asking for the original request?  (I'm sure one of the experts will pop up in a moment).

This certificate is a way to have a written document on the fact that more than four years have passed since the end of the works of a house built without license or built without compliance to the license and therefore the Administration cannot take any measure regarding this lack of legality.

That does not mean that the house or the work is inmediately legalised. The legalisation needs  to be allowed by the applicable legislation and promoted by the interested party.

Do I still need this if I have an Antiquity Certificate issued by an architect and the house is registered in the Land Registry and Catastral?
