JC  plot R10 number 90 Santa Ana

Hi every one this is my first post but have been reading posts on this site for past year.

I have just been contacted by Anabel Dovale of PSI Conultants , Calle Salvador Dali 8,

Playa Flamela , has any one else been contacted or have thay any information on this firm

Welcome to the forum firstly.....great crowd on here and lots of useful info...good and bad.

PSI are a solicitors based here in La Zenia / Playa Flamenca who act for many companies selling / clients buying on Santa Ana...Ambasun being the prominent their partner. Anabel gets some very good reviews from many of her clients and we would feel happy to recommend her and the business. One of the fellow Jumilla Mob (Dave & Linda aka GAL) living here in La Zenia speak very highly of her.

Where we would be happy to recommend, I'm sure there are others who may not have had a fulfilling experience though...we just haven't been privy to any.

thanks for the propt replys,the main subject of her e-mail was the possibility of moving

deposit  from Santa Ana to a completed property in the orihuela costa area.

We are not in any rush to move but would like any fee back you mite have

and has any one taken up such a offer ?

I spoke to Anabel in person on tuesday and she has been asked by San Jose to offer key ready properties to clients who have bought at Santa Ana, the main problem she told me( and this was only her opinion), was that she feels it will be at least 12 months before any properties are ready

She is trying to be fair to all her clients, she was scheduled to meet with SJ on wednesday I will go to PSI and ask her what went on. BUT you must give her  as you would any legal eagle,clear concise instructions, she also told me so far around 85%  of her cleints are happy to stick with Santa Ana

since my last posting in March I have a great neice to match my great nephew TALISA weighed in at 8 -12 on the 9th April

We met up with Anabel at PSI on thursday SJ have told her that first properties would be ready about Febuary but she thinks it will be nearer end of  April beginning of May 2009.

The key ready properties SJ are offering  at Playa Golf  are a lot more expensive than SADM and discounts the are offering are a bit mean and the area is nothing like Jumilla.

we must be part of the 85% that are staying with the developement.

hi all been informed today by Ambasun that building will start on SADM  at the end of May. After waiting nearly 3 years not getting excited ,as dont know what to believe anymore .Ambasun suposingly sending e mails out to all clients
