Question about NIE number

Hey guys

Does anyone know who Anna is from santa an del monte.  I recieved a personal e-mail from "Anna" saying she has pulled out from jumilla and something about the santa ana del monte.net website/hub or something i don't quite understand it myself or how she got my e-mail address.  Has any one else recieved this email.

If you look at the other thread - can you get your money back ? - you will see that "willyboy" signs their name as Anna.

Don't know if it the same Anna as you are asking about

Anna is the Administrator on another forum.

jannine you must be a registered member on the other site for you to have received an e-mail. It has only been forwarded to owners who are members of this site not to memebers of eye on spain

Who are you then? and why is it so important you send two of the same e-mail messages to me and other memebers of santa ana stating that you're pulling out of jumilla. 

What do you know? other than what is in your e-mail.  I don't really pay much attention to what is written on here especially of late, but if you're someone of importance who is pulling out then somethings amiss.  Dish the dirt we are thinking of pulling out and going for a polaris but wanted to wait and see what happens.  Our agents sunseeker homes have never been in touch with us since buying an azucena in may 2006 which is shoddy to say the least any info i get is from here or santa ana.

Anna owns and operates the other web site Santa Ana Del Monte.   You are obviously a member otherwise you would not have received this private email.    I appreciate anyone who is willing to share information and certainly wouldn't discourage anyone from sharing their experiences.  Without such sites as Anna's and this one we really would become a mushroom.

Thanks Steve; as ever you speak common sense!!You obviously know who I am to have received a message in the first place. I have no particular importance and know nothing that you all do not know. If I did believe me that you would all already know as my policy has always been to share information;positive or negative. I am simply a homeowner like everyone who invested in a dream and expects good customer care from the developer

My post is not to make people panic. My own situation is that I got san jose to draft a legal annex to the contract stating that they would return my money in december 2007 if licences had not been granted. They have not done so and I can not reconcile myself to holding faith with a company that dishonour their written word. This to me was definitive and cannot be looked at in terms of town hall delays and three month extension clauses; this was a black and white written contract which they have currently not honoured. ironically had they agreed I would have extended by contract and remained with the development .

My purpose of writing is that I feel people may want the benefit of knowing how the situation plays out. If san jose honour their agreement it will give comfort to those still waiting that we are dealing with a reputable developer who has our best interests at heart. IF they do not honour their agreement then it points towards their character and gives furthe information to those people who may seek to claim back from bank guarantees in the future.

The whole purpose of these forums is to share information and help each other in any way possible. that is all I am seeking to do
