hi all,
  We to bought throught ambasun and paid a deposit of €3000
we where infomed that this is not refundable but if we cancel would be held 
for up to two years and could be used as deposit on alternative property with ambasun.
They have also confirmed that our 40% payment has not been paid to SanJose , as i requested that it was not 
paid till all licences etc where in place.

thanks for the propt replys,the main subject of her e-mail was the possibility of moving

deposit  from Santa Ana to a completed property in the orihuela costa area.

We are not in any rush to move but would like any fee back you mite have

and has any one taken up such a offer ?
