so glad some of you have your dates,

i was wondering if you could tell me of some good solicitors, we havent actually got our own spanish solicitor, as silly as that may seem, i didnt really know i needed one as atlas said they do everything. we only bought in june and mum and dad bought in march.

but i see most of you have one and if i was buying a house here then i would have one. think it would be a good idea for nie numbers and signing etc.

i think it would be a good idea to get one. and i see some charge a flat fee, which is good.

any comments, views or suggestions welcome.

IT IS AWAYS ADVISABLE TO GET AN INDEPENDANT SOLICITOR AS THEY WILL BE WORKING ON YOUR BEHALF..

We would be greatful if you could send me some info on your solicitor.

We have bought a Eagle 20-16, we know that it will be a few months yet before our house will

be released, but we would like to get a solicitor on the ball.
