Community pool info

Hi all

I have just received an e mail from our Spanish lawyer.   MASA's lawyers in Madrid have confirmed that our properties on SG (M14 & M15) will be ready for completion mid-September - yes 2007 !!.

Believe it if you will - I don't, but at least there's been some contact.  Maybe they're beginning to realise we're getting to the end of our tethers.  I'll wait with baited breath for the  date in September to be confirmed.

thats good, i will keep my fingers (and my toes) crossed for you. hopefully M11(mine) and the rest won't be long behind.

totally agree with you, whether it is true or not, at least there has been contact.

Obviously, if true, it would be (eventually) good news, lets wait & see!!

Might I try and raise the spirits of the Forum by making ONE observation :-

This is the FIRST and ONLY time where the latest "notification" of completion date has come forward - our last notification, by Mercers, was for late October/early November!

What an odd twist of fate that would be, but..................

(you did say 2007, didn't you?)

I have just received an email from Grupo Masa to say M13, M14 and M15 will be ready for handover in a few weeks time.  All depends on what they clarify as 'a few weeks'.

Hi folks

Those emails dont sound too far out, when we were over a couple of weeks ago the electricians were connecting up the houses on m14, so looks good for M14 & M15.- see photo just uploaded

We are on M16- the cables are pulled through to the electric box but not yet connected. Should not be to long.(see previous photo)

Hi Folks,

Our Agent replied to our Phone call on Mon to say that the previous problems re elect. have now been sorted and that the applications for Habitation Certs. made to the Town Hall are now just awaiting the arrival of their inspectors to SG.

She did not know how long it would take for the Inspectors to turn up , bearing in mind that EVERYTHING closes down for Aug.  -- but she thought Sept. may be the time for us to get the OK
