HI ALL

JUST HEARD FROM A FRIEND WHO LIVES IN SPAIN, THAT THE ROAD AT (SG) IS OWNED BY THE LOCAL TOWN HALL SO THEY WILL BE TARMACING THE ROAD (AS ANY BODY HEARD THIS) MAYBE WE SHOULD ASK THEM WHAT THE HOLD UP IS WITH THE ROAD..

SO DOSE THIS MEAN THAT THERE WILL BE NO COMMUNITY CHARGE FOR (SG) BUT WHAT IT WILL MEAN IS THAT WE WILL HAVE TO PAY SOME THING LIKE A COUNCIL TAX TO THEM?.. FOR THE UP KEEP..

ALL THE BEST ROB...

Hi, I don't know where all the stories about Sierra Golf are coming from, its like a fairy story.  We were told by Aude in the Site Sales Centre on Sierra Golf that the road that is there now with the lights and palms and everything is all that there will be .... after that it is the narrow tarmac strip through the vineyards to the main 3319, no lights, no road ... no nothing.  I asked about the motorway shown on our plans, which she told me last October had all been approved, last week she said that is years and years away.

Wish someone, somewhere knew something.

HI ALL

JUST GOT BACK FROM SG TONIGHT AND THOUGHT I HAD TO TELL EVERYONE THE GOOD NEWS,

THE ROAD  FROM BALSICAS TURN OFF DOWN THRU THE LEMON / ORANGE TREES  IS NOW COMPLETELY TARRED AND IS ABOUT TWICE AS WIDE AS BEFORE ,

THE LAST 500M OFF THAT ROAD UP TO SG ENTRANCE IS STILL THE SAME AS BEFORE

THE ROADS ON SG ARE ABOUT 95% COMPLETE THE SAME AS THE PAVING

THERE ARE 6 HOUSES OCCUPIED AT PRESENT,BUT LOOKS LIKE THERE WILL  BE A STEADY STREAM OF PEOPLE MOVING IN ALL THE TIME .

WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO SG ROUNDABOUT 15TH OCT FOR 6-8 WEEKS ( CANT WAIT )

ERIC @JUDY

Hi all

Regarding the entrance to SG I was led to believe that the main entrance will be on the North side (left hand side) and the last time I was there drove out on that side.

Again this may be a fairy story.
