We are about to sign for our apartment and have been reading of the problems with keys and workmen.
Can any provide a list of keyholders and rates so that we can leave a key incase anyone needs entry whilst we are not on CDA

Hi Neil,
Don't see anyone having a list of all keyholders on Condado, as we all deal with different people the only thing we can do is make our own personal recommendations. We have dealt with Carol Miller for the past year now and she has been superb her email address is;- carol_miller1965@yahoo.com.

No problem recommending Gesfin. We have occasion to use them in recent weeks and have found them excellent. It also helps that they are a local Spanish company who can deal with Polaris for any issues in the local language which is helpful.

Good Question,
All I can tell you is that for the basic service they hold your key and will meet and provide access for any appointments on your property. They stay with the contractor while they are onsite which is important. I know this because I had a reason to use them twice recently. As part of the annual fee they provide monthly updates on your apartment. They provide cleaning and maintenance services at a charge if required. The only downside is that they are based in La Torre where they manage other Polaris resorts from. I have been informed that they will be opening a site office in the near future either way it has not effected any appointment that I have requested. I trust that helps.

I am also very happy with Niki from sparkle clean. She does not charge for key holding and the prices for cleaning are very reasonable. I do not live in Condado, and have being renting my apartment over summer. Every one of my guest mentioned how nice she was with them, and congratulate me for the apartment being so clean. Even when they were Spaniards, she always try to made herself understood in English and with litlle bit of Spanish. Not a complain!
Her husband Craig, also made all work in the apartment, light fitting, bidet removal, etc. Great job as well!
