Things do get lost or confused in translation don't they!
It looks think Ubaser are having a similar problem to the one we (and many others) experienced with Iberdrola whereby some meter serial numbers were linked to the wrong apartment and therefore contracts and bills were sent to the wrong customers. We didn't have electricity to our apartment but we were told by both Iberdrola and then RPM that a meter had been fitted and we were given bills - when we got them to check it out by visiting the apartment they realised we had no meter and our meter had actually been fitted to someone else's apartment.
It looks like Ubaser may have a similar problem and have gained the help of Milenium to sort this out. We hve actually had our water fitted in the last month and have been billed 199 Euros for the privilege!
