We have a sultan double mattress for sale. Only used a couple of times.  Selling due to changing one of the rooms to a twin room.

Original cost around 200 Euros, would be happy to sell for 120 Euros or nearest offer.

Out next Tuesday for a month if anyone is interested, we stay on Jardine 1.

We are the same, we've had damp twice in our living area and now have it in our main bedroom and are getting no response from Polaris.  We've passed it to Sergio the president who is helping us to chase it - fingers crossed.

We are thinking of driving our own car over and leaving it at Condado.  Can anyone tell us about the insurance/taxes etc. you have to pay in Spain to do that? Thanks

I think our bank applies for that form for us through our mortgage.  There's another tax you have to pay to do with how much income you've received through rentals - is this a different tax?  Sorry it's all very confusing.
