Exteranl Tiling and Garden Works

Having almost become settled after getting the keys last April, It is time to tidy up the horrible finish of the garden area of our plot. Can anyone reccommend a trusted builder who will lay down tiling and make the gaden area look decent. We have had many Russians, latvians etc., asking if we want it done but can anyone make a recemendation of someone who will be there long term

Hi, there is a man called Alex who has done work for many residents on Playa Golf. He does  tiling, builds; sheds, BBQ’s, pools, extensions, etc. He is a good and reliable builder and I am sure would be recommended by all that he has done work for. Sorry I don’t have his number here in the UK, but if you ask any of the residents on PGIII, they will gladly give you his number.

If you wish to look at his work here are some of the addresses he has worked at; 9, 23, 36, 51, 68, 70, 77…….to name but a few.

Several owners in PGII (including me) have used a guy called Victor (I think he is Ukrainian) to lay tiles etc. I used him early last year to extend my porch. I found his work pretty good and reasonably priced. His number is 0034 647286431.

Take a walk up and down the streets in Playa Golf II R-2 - a lot of the building works has been done by Victor's team.

Worth getting a quote from him at least I think.

I would be interested to know how his prices currently compare with anyone else you get to quote for your work.

Hi everyone - I used Alex to do my driveway, a cassita for my washing machine and garden stuff and he also relaid my entire ground floor tiles - didn't like the orange/white checkerboard style!  His workmen are excellent and do everything to the last minute detail - I have recommended them to lots of people and never heard any criticism.  I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

Myra - for garden stuff I like the Villamartin Garden Centre - between the two Los Dolces shopping centres.  You should also look at the big Eroski at Dos Mares and the big Carrefour at Habaneras as they have lots of nice stuff at reasonable prices. 

Given the lovely sunshine of the last few weeks, it's nice to plan ahead for the summer!

Workmanship as good as it gets and he's a very genuine guy to deal with too !!

also on playa golf 2...r-5 and alex did front garden with tiles in october 08.

excellent price.......excellent quality.....started and finished when expected and a really nice man.
