Iberdrola Electric Bills

Hi, you can choose what document number you prefer to provide, use the drop down menu and choose passport. That's what I did. Type your passport number in, you will need the passport number again to get your user name and password on the e-mail they send you.  Hope you manage to get through this time.  

We have had an apartment in Teulada for 1 year now but only occupied it for a total of 4 weeks.  Iberdrola have taken money every month making a total of €500 from our bank account!   We borrowed a key for the electricity cupboard to read the meter and used only 49 units in 1 week so €500 is way too much.  Our lawyer has been in touch with someone in the Javea office, but she is getting nowhere, I do not see how they do not understand the situation, they say this amount is OK for a years consumption, maybe it is, if were were actually there the whole year round!  We are retiring to Teulada in a year's time and hope we can get this sorted out by then! Does anyone know the address of the Javea office?

Thanks for that info, I will try the tourist info and let you know how I get on.  We were thinking of going to their officce in September to get them sorted out!
