Hi, we have just completed on a property in murcia region and need a good property management company. Has anyone got any recommendations from previous experience, or please pm me if you are a company, or know of a good company? Need a company who will get a good tenant, and manage the property properly!!. Thanks, any advice / recommendations appreciated.

I know it's an old post, but I'm sur e a good advice is always welcome!
We're using Pro fix and Clean (http://profixandclean.mfbiz.com) and they are really good, reliable and not expensive at all!
You can contact them anytime and are always helpful. It's good to know you can rely on people and trust them with your property!

Hi my friends use mtj holiday services they advertise on eyeonspain, my friends are very happy with there services. They are a family run buissness and nothing is too much trouble.Check them out.

Murcia Villas have 5 offices in Murcia and they have been trading here since 2002 so they are pretty reliable and have staying power.
Beware the "key holder" who lives next door or anyone who isnt fully registered for taxes here in Spain as they may use a tenancy agreement that is out of date or worse!
