 If anyone has recently  taken on a new tenant with 3 children and a very large hairy dog please contact me.  You need to know somethings about your tenant, mainly that he doesnt pay the rent and he isnt going to buy the house that you have just let to him.  If this family rings any bells with you please contact me.

 Just wondered if anyone had any kittens that they are looking to put into a good home.  Must be used to children, dogs and other cats.  

Its that time of year when some unexpected arrivals happen in the cat world so if you have any kittens now or coming up in the future please let me know.  Preferably in the Murcia / Cartagena area and preferably a siamese style cross.

Murcia Villas have 5 offices in Murcia and they have been trading here since 2002 so they are pretty reliable and have staying power.

Beware the "key holder" who lives next door or anyone who isnt fully registered for taxes here in Spain as they may use a tenancy agreement that is out of date or worse!
