covers for mattresses

we are hoping to rent out our property but would like to cover the mattresses to protect them and so that we can we remove them when we stay. Do people advise covering them and if so what with ie plastic or the material type covers thanks

We use the material ones. You can buy them in lots of places. We got ours in Dunnes,they are not very expensive and I think they are much cleaner,esspecially if you are renting! Hope that helps.

Your property won't be popular if you put plastic ones! Imagine in the heat - yuk - people will take them off and it will defeat your objective.
