Hi I'm Paula. Paid a deposit in 2006 for Gardens of Manila Country Club - 3 bed apartment / 2 bathrooms. Heard that it's all gone pear shaped and the Estopona Government now own the land and I can kiss goodbye to my £. Is that true?? What can I do - someone please help - Thanks Paula

Paula, welcome to EOS.
On the orange bar at the top of this page 'click' on Community, then 'click' Community forums. Using the alphabetic list click on 'G' ,find 'Gardens of Manilva' then join the community. There are lots of people on that forum who may be able to answer your question.
