Utilities & a "new" one

Hello all

This is my first thread as I'm new to this and the Spanish way !

After having bought a holiday apartment I now know that things are done very differently and have muddled my way through the way that bills are taken out of accounts without warning but I need to pick your brains as 2 payments went out recently and try as I might I can't find out what they were for - please help !

from "Aseguradora Velenciana" they took out two fairly large amounts and I don't know what for or if this will happen again - can anyone advise?

Also how is the weather in the Costa Blanca - better than the UK I'll bet

If you Google Aseguradora Valenciana it comes up with details of an insurance company.  The company cover all different types of insurance life, house etc - so in the middle of all that house buying you probably took up one or two options!!  I'd just check that they haven't "double taken" for the same thing!!!
