Not sure if this is the correct place to post a techie query.

For some strange reason firefox wont allow me to log on. When I click the login links, it goes to the login page with my default username and password already populated. When I click the button it just seems to refresh the login screen. I am currently logged on using IE7 to post this message.

In firefox I have enabled cookies in the privacy tab (no exceptions) and I have checked 'Remember Passwords' and can see my username and password in the Security tab inside Passwords.... button.

Any ideas how to over come this issue? I dont really want to use IE7 just so I can use eyeonspain.

Hi SteveBarbosa,

Try overtyping your username and password and then hit log in.

Don't forget that both fields are case sensative!

sos, tried that and also tried an invalid logon and it now defaults to blank when on the login screen. So i retype my username and password and it just refreshes the screen, no errors or anything.

What version of Windows are you running?

Also, try clearing the browser cache as it may not be resolving our new DNS.

I've now managed to replicate and cure the problem with Mozilla Firefox running on Vista. As I thought it is a cache issue.

Anybody that has this problem needs to do the following:

Open Firefox and click on the Tools Tab, scroll down to and click on Options and this will display a dialogue box entitled Options.

Click on the Privacy tab and then in the Cookies Box (box in the middle) click on the Show Cookies button, which in turn displays another dialouge box entitled Cookies.

Scroll down the list until you see the cookies folder eyeonspain.com and click on it to highlight it.

Then with this last step be careful - Make sure you click on the left most button which says Remove Cookies. Do not click on the other button as this will do as it says and remove ALL cookies. Doing so may result in you having to log back into websites that you cannot remember your login details. So BEWARE if you clear them all.

Then just click the close button on the Cookies dialouge box, followed by clicking Ok on the Options dialouge box.

That's it!
