Not at all. Part of the reason we set it up was so that we could send out our best private deals on the site to people registered for the alerts. We still generate a level of property enquiries every day that most agents would kill for. So the demand is there and we want to make sure that we tell people about some of the great properties available at great prices.
We also felt that many people were unaware of some of the great bargains we have listed on the site here and this is a good way to help us promote those properties at no additional cost.
We are contacting everyone listed on the site with a property for sale this week to explain what we are doing and what we need extra from those interested in us sending their property out as an alert. Unfortunately, this list of contacts is not in our normal email system and we cannot mass email through the server so it will take us a few days to get all the emails out.
