problems with yahoo.

is anyone having problems trying

to access their e-mails on yahoo.

I get as far as putting in my access details

then it shows "internet explorer cannot display the webpage"

any suggestions.!!!

I have been on Yahoo and checked for mail a short time ago, no problem.

You may have been infected with spyware, malware or a virus. suggest you do a virus scan.

You can also try to reset internet explorer if that is the browser you are using. Go to internet options and then the advanced tab, you will see the reset at the bottom.

done what you suggested and now e-mails

are back on track. THANKS

I to had been having intermittent problems accessing emails as well as it being generally sluggish. Thanks for the tip on resetting Mr.Kevin, I hadn't realised you could do this, it does seem to have cured the problem.
