We are looking for a long term rental ( 1 year or much longer if it fits our needs ) 1 or 2 bed property it must be sunny with a terrace or balcony in the area of Caleta de Velez (east of Malaga ) , another area also considered is La Cala ( Mijas Costa ) It must also have no road noise , price range upto £350 or Euro per month, we look forward to any replies. Whatever you find I highly advise you to submitt the contract to arbitration rather than Courts.
