Rental Required in Marbella to Estepona area

Hi

I have just bought  a business in San Pedro and my business partner will be running it whilst I commute regularly from UK to  begin with. Ideally we would prefer 2 bedrooms min as my children would come regularly in holiday time.

I wish to rent initially until I get to understand the area better and before deciding where I would want to live permanently.

My initial budget is 500 euros per month until the business is running smoothly when my family would come over at which point we would look to increase our budget.

Anyone interested?

A year ago you'd have had trouble finding a 2 bed for 500 Euro/month,now days however things are VERY different! We havre a 3 bed on Estepona port for 600!

Do you want a swimming pool? any other requirements? I cannot PM you but please email me if you would like some help.

Take a look at the 'Rentals Section' under the 'Property' tab which is top right just underneath the 'Login' box.

There are LOADS of properties in there, although we are going through a clean-up process and getting rid of older adverts and adding availability updates, etc.
